Calibration
Every runner is different. The RC 14.11 can easily be calibrated for any style of runner. Accurate calibration will produce accurate speed and distance information.
Prerequisite:
- Knowledge of an exact distance (i.e. - a 400m track)
- Put on the R3 transmitter and the watch (in calibration mode).
Calibrate your running computer
Run a known distance (e.g. 800 m) at a slow pace.
Correct the measured value to the actual distance (800 m).
Run the same distance as in 1, but at a fast pace.
Correct the measured value to the actual distance (800 m).
