Ergonomics
In designing the RC 1209, comfort was a key consideration. The wristband is perfectly contoured to the wrist and the chest belt is flexible and soft. The buttons are large, uniquely shaped and spaced apart to prevent accidental pressing.
You can determine the button's function based exclusively on how it feels so focus can be on the run and not the running computer.
Display & backlight
The RC 1209 has a large, easy to read, full text display. Three functions can be viewed during a run.
The back light guarantees optimal visibility at night.
Stopwatch
The inverted stopwatch image on the display indicates that the stopwatch needs to be started to record running data.
Button lock
To activate training mode, you must press and hold any button for at least two seconds. This prevents accidental starts.
